Analysis of Liquefied Petroleum Gas is uniquely challenging for the analytical chemist. Current residue methods require the open air evaporation of large amounts of LPG. These tests are labor intensive, time consuming, and risky.

Envantage has partnered with Da Vinci Europe to provide an alternative solution for analysis of LPG using Gas Chromatography. This is made possible by development of the award winning Da Vinci Europe Liquefied Gas Injector (LGI). The LGI injects LPG under pressure and at room temperature directly on column.

Proven Technology

Da Vinci has leveraged decades of automotive fuel injection research and developed an innovative LPG GC injector through a unique adaptation of gasoline direct injection technology.

The utility of the LGI in real world applications has been demonstrated in the measurement of oily residue in LPG.  The LGI provides the industry a safer, more reliable, and robust method to determine, both qualitatively and quantitatively, LPG residue in less than half an hour.
